By implementing TeraNetesT, customers and clients will be able to best utilize their engineers for expensive high-intensity and high-end engineering requirements, instead of low-end time consuming operational duties such as routine route testing,
voice call testing and test reporting procedures.

TeraNetesT service costs are much lower than United States industry average. TeraNetesT tests are performed by degreed and certified Network Engineers who specialize in this exact science of quality control in South Asia.

By using TeraNetesT, you can test your routes for as low as $25.00 per test. Every test is uniformly conducted, with each test performed and benchmarked to precise industry standards and a written report is then issued on your test results.

With TeraNetesT, customers and clients receive 25 voice calls, each logged and recorded per route test and 100 calls for data quality checks. Under these parameters, the customer gains a definitive technical description and evaluation on the routes which they need tested.

Customers using TeraNetesT may elect to have the test results stored in Teralight Ltd’s data storage facility for current review and use or may archive the network test results. Additionally, customers may elect to have test results faxed to them anywhere in the world, as well as sent to multiple email addresses.

TeraNetesT results are all based on empirical testing requirements, thereby assuring customers QoS (quality of service) standards.

TeraNetesT is an unbiased third party testing agency.
You will obtain the actual results on each and every test.

The benefits for using Teralight Ltd’s TeraNetesT services are -

• Customers may order as many tests as they may require at any time.
• Customers may schedule customized testing parameters and additional QoS testing suites.
• Customers may request specific test times and dates for each route test.
• Customers’ route tests are typically conducted within a 24 hour period from receipt of order.
• Customers may request expedited route testing within a 4 hour period upon request notification.
• Each route is Voice Tested 25 times.
• Each route is Data Tested 100 times.
• Customers may opt for testing results to be submitted via paper, fax or multiple receiver (email notification) of all testing results.
• Customer may request and receive competitive route comparisons (generic only).
• All tests results are archived and addressable by country code, city code and other fields as designated and described by customer.

Testing Parameters

TeraNetesT provides the customer with the following standardized 'Route Testing' parameter test checks.

All voice tests will include 25 actual voice calls during a testing period and 100 Data Calls. Each call will be reviewed for each of the testing parameters listed below.

Under TeraNetesT , the customer has the flexibility to designate the testing period and suite of tests performed.

Testing Diagnostics Performed for Each Route by TeraNetesT

ALOC (average length of call) – Voice test option.

ASR – Call Completion Percentage – Each call result recorded.

PDD – Time of Call Completion from TP-6 estimate (last digit dialed) to TP 12 (call answered on called end).

Latency – Time measurement in milliseconds for length of delay for Ping Check.

Voice Quality – Check for overall voice quality, primarily along PSTN toll specifications.

Noise Levels - Check for noise on both sides of call, such as side band echo, loss of voice, white noise, voice volume, power loss, consistency, etc.

Jitter – Varying Latency Delay - Measured variation in Received or Missing Packets.

Proper Codec Alignment – Will ensure that route is setup with similar Codec's which allow for a check of Bandwidth Consumption Management Assessment.
