conducted, with each test performed and

standards and a written report is then issued
on your test results.

and clients receive 25 voice calls, each
logged and recorded per route test and
100 calls for data quality checks. Under
these parameters, the customer gains a
definitive technical description and
evaluation on the routes which they need
tested.
Customers using
TeraNetesT may elect to
have the test results stored in
Teralight Ltd’s data storage facility for
current review and use or may archive
the network test results. Additionally,
customers may elect to have test results
faxed to them anywhere in the world, as
well as sent to multiple email
addresses.
TeraNetesT results are all
based on empirical testing requirements,
thereby assuring customers QoS (quality
of service) standards.
TeraNetesT is an unbiased third party
testing agency.
You will obtain the
actual results on each and every test.

Testing Parameters
TeraNetesT
provides the customer with the following
standardized 'Route Testing' parameter
test checks.
All voice tests will
include 25 actual voice calls during a
testing period and 100 Data Calls. Each
call will be reviewed for each of the
testing parameters listed below.
Under
TeraNetesT , the
customer has the flexibility to
designate the testing period and suite
of tests performed.
Testing Diagnostics Performed for Each

ALOC
(average length of call) – Voice test
option.
ASR
– Call Completion Percentage – Each call
result recorded.
PDD
– Time of Call Completion from TP-6
estimate (last digit dialed) to TP
12 (call answered on called end).
Latency
– Time measurement in milliseconds for
length of delay for Ping Check.
Voice Quality – Check for overall voice quality, primarily along PSTN toll
specifications.
Noise Levels - Check for noise on both sides of call, such as side band echo,
loss of voice, white noise, voice
volume, power loss, consistency, etc.
Jitter
– Varying Latency Delay - Measured
variation in Received or Missing
Packets.
Proper Codec Alignment – Will ensure that route is setup with similar Codec's which
allow for a check
of Bandwidth Consumption Management
Assessment.
Flutter
– The rapid change of electrical signals
on the voice path
